His career has taken him to 6 continents, working with 100+ brands and over 1,000 productions — from Super Bowl ads to social media spots — directing work for Google, Facebook, Disney, Cisco, Vizio, Royal Caribbean, Holiday Inn, and GM, collaborating closely with in-house brand teams and agency partners including Ogilvy and JWT.
He has worked with major on-camera talent including Shaquille O'Neal, Betty White, Woody Harrelson, John Stamos, and Kevin Durant, and is known on set for keeping the day calm, focused, and productive — the kind of director that talent and crew both want to work with again.
RJ takes particular pride in drawing the best performances out of his actors — and believes the best creative work comes from genuine collaboration.
